Olyzon, an agentic decisioning layer for CTV advertising, announced the closing of a $10 million Series A funding round led by S4S Ventures, the venture firm co-founded by Sanja Partalo and Sir Martin Sorrell. Existing investor Eurazeo and other investors also participated in the round.
The company is building an intelligence and decisioning layer for connected TV advertising, designed to help brands and agencies automate media qualification, planning, activation, and measurement across fragmented CTV infrastructure. Olyzon said the funding will support the continued development of its agentic platform, expansion of its U.S. operations, and the opening of a London office ahead of Cannes Lions in June.
According to the company, its platform enables AI agents to continuously qualify the CTV ecosystem, plan media across channels, activate campaigns into DSPs, SSPs, and publisher ad servers, and consolidate measurement signals into composite KPIs that improve campaign optimization over time.
Olyzon said its platform is already being used by organizations including Publicis, WPP, OMD, Mastercard, Loewe, Audi, McDonald’s, and DoorDash.
The company is headquartered in Paris and also operates offices in New York and London. Olyzon focuses on helping brands and agencies manage media buying across premium streaming platforms, YouTube, OEM ecosystems, walled gardens, and direct publisher inventory.
S4S Ventures said it invested in Olyzon based on its belief that the infrastructure layer for CTV media buying remains underdeveloped and that the market requires a centralized intelligence platform capable of orchestrating increasingly fragmented advertising workflows.
The funding comes as the CTV advertising ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly with increasing programmatic adoption, more fragmented measurement systems, and a growing reliance on AI-driven automation tools.
