Omilia has raised $67 million in Series B funding to accelerate the international expansion of its self-learning agentic customer experience platform. The round was led by Expedition Growth Capital, a transatlantic investment firm specializing in software and artificial intelligence companies.
Omilia develops voice-first AI technology for large enterprises, including companies operating in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance and healthcare.
Its customers include Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, the United Kingdom’s Department for Work and Pensions, and PSEG.
The company’s platform is built on proprietary agentic voice AI technology developed through more than 200 enterprise deployments.
Omilia said its infrastructure supports security and compliance requirements including FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR.
The company operates several large-scale production deployments. One Tier 1 U.S. bank uses Omilia to handle more than one million calls per day.
Omilia also supports an agent-assist program for a multinational U.S. insurance company that processes more than 600,000 calls daily.
Its technology can manage more than 50,000 concurrent voice interactions for a single customer while maintaining sub-second latency, predictable costs and high accuracy, according to the company.
Omilia said owning its core AI stack allows it to avoid relying heavily on third-party frontier models and gives the company greater control over performance, security and cost.
Since raising its Series A round, Omilia has increased live annual recurring revenue by more than 10 times to over $60 million without raising additional equity during the intervening period.
Recent growth has been supported by the launch of Omilia’s Agentic Self-Learning CX platform, which is intended to reduce the time required to deploy production-ready AI agents.
The company also offers a pricing model with no token-cost pass-through, allowing customers to calculate potential returns without exposure to unexpected fluctuations in third-party model usage costs.
In July 2026, Omilia expanded its strategic relationship with Taco Bell. The company’s voice AI technology is already deployed across more than 1,000 Taco Bell drive-thru locations in 38 U.S. states.
The deployment is intended to improve ordering speed and accuracy while supporting employee retention.
Omilia also introduced Lexis, a generative text-to-speech model developed specifically for enterprise contact centers and integrated directly into its broader platform.
The Series B funding will support Omilia’s continued expansion in North America and other international markets.
The company plans to open its first U.S. office during the second half of 2026.
Omilia has also expanded its commercial leadership team with the appointments of Nick Delis as Chief Revenue Officer, Ryan Kam as Chief Marketing Officer, Armando Trivellato as Executive Vice President for Latin America and Iberia, and Dave Ogden as Vice President of Revenue Operations.
Several of the executives previously worked at Five9, where they helped scale annual recurring revenue from approximately $100 million to more than $1 billion.
Omilia is positioning its self-learning agents as an alternative to legacy contact center automation systems that rely on separate models and static workflows.
The platform is designed to learn from interactions across the customer journey, automate routine conversations and assist human agents in real time.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.
