Founded in 1970, Omni Agent Solutions specializes in Chapter 11 case administration, offering services including claims management, noticing, solicitation support, securities services, disbursements, and call center operations. The company has built a reputation for handling complex restructuring cases with technology-enabled workflows and high-touch client service.
The investment from Fortress is intended to support Omni’s continued expansion, with a focus on advancing its technology platform and scaling its core service offerings. The company’s executive and operational teams will remain in place following the transaction, ensuring continuity in leadership and operations.
Brian Osborne will continue to lead the business, while Marc Beilinson will remain involved as a member of the board. Fortress, through its global investment platform, aims to provide the capital and resources needed to accelerate Omni’s long-term growth strategy.
