On Track Partners Acquires Carey’s Seamless Gutters & Overhead Doors

On Track Partners has acquired Carey’s Seamless Gutters & Overhead Doors, a provider of seamless gutter systems and garage door installation, service, and repair serving southern Wisconsin. The transaction marks a continued expansion effort across the Midwest for the garage door services platform.

Founded in 2006, Carey’s has built a reputation for quality workmanship and customer service across southern Wisconsin. The company employs more than 50 people and serves both residential and commercial customers, offering gutter installation and cleaning, as well as a full range of overhead door solutions.

Following the acquisition, Carey’s will continue operating under its existing name. Its leadership team and employees will remain in place, and the company will maintain its local focus and customer relationships. On Track Partners plans to provide operational support and resources to help drive future growth while preserving the company’s culture and service standards.

On Track Partners was founded with the support of NorthCurrent Partners, a New York City-based private investment firm that focuses on partnering with service-oriented businesses in the United States. As the private equity arm of a family office, NorthCurrent emphasizes long-term value creation across business and consumer services companies.
