Ondas Holdings announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Roboteam, a global developer of tactical unmanned ground vehicles widely deployed across central defense and security agencies. The deal is expected to significantly expand Ondas Autonomous Systems’ capabilities, strengthen its multi-domain autonomy architecture, and accelerate its commercial reach across key defense programs in the United States and allied nations.

Roboteam’s rugged, multi-mission unmanned ground systems are used for explosives ordinance disposal, intelligence gathering, route clearance, logistics support, and perimeter security, and have been adopted by leading defense customers in more than 30 countries. The company’s technology suite includes lightweight and heavy platforms engineered for high-risk ground missions. These platforms have been extensively deployed by organizations such as the U.S. Department of War, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

A central component of Roboteam’s technology portfolio is Roboteam HUB, an AI-enabled command-and-control system that integrates diverse robotic assets into a unified operational picture. This ecosystem has been validated in operational combat environments and is expected to strengthen Ondas’ ability to deliver mature ground autonomy across defense, homeland security, and public-safety domains.

With this acquisition, Ondas plans to combine Roboteam’s established ground robotics with its aerial and counter-UAS technologies, including the Optimus ISR platform, Iron Drone Raider interceptor, Sentrycs’ Cyber-over-RF counter-UAS capabilities, and 4M Defense’s intelligence solutions. This integrated framework is designed to create a cohesive, multi-domain technology environment that enables synchronized air and ground missions with improved data fusion, operational flexibility, and mission reach. The combined product suite reflects evolving defense modernization priorities that emphasize autonomous and unmanned systems for high-risk operations.

The acquisition also brings an international sustainment network spanning more than 30 countries, giving Ondas immediate access to long-standing global customers and priority defense programs. Roboteam has delivered hundreds of unmanned ground vehicles to military and homeland security agencies and recently secured over $20 million in orders from a major military customer for delivery through 2026.

As part of the deal announcement, Ondas stated that it expects the acquisition to contribute between $3 million and $4 million in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025 and at least $30 million in 2026. Additional details on the transaction will be available in a forthcoming Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Founded in 2009, Roboteam manufactures a broad suite of unmanned ground vehicles ranging from 1.5-kilogram units to 1.2-ton platforms, all designed to improve mission effectiveness and enhance force protection. Its systems have seen extensive operational use across global defense organizations, including recent deployments in Gaza and active use by U.S. military and homeland security agencies.
