One Call To Acquire Data Dimensions

By Amit Chowdhry ● Mar 3, 2026

One Call, a technology-enabled ancillary services and care management platform focused on the workers’ compensation industry, has entered into an agreement to acquire Data Dimensions, an Electronic Data Interchange clearinghouse and technology services provider serving healthcare, insurance, and government customers.

The transaction is designed to accelerate One Call’s strategy of building a more connected and integrated digital platform for workers’ compensation. By combining capabilities, the companies aim to streamline workflows between payers and providers in an industry often marked by fragmented systems, multiple handoffs, and manual processes.

The combined organization plans to integrate Data Dimensions’ services, including Digitalization as a Service, Clearinghouse, Providerflow, and Payments, with One Call’s care coordination platform. The integration is expected to enhance end-to-end patient coordination, reduce administrative burdens for providers, and create more efficient, visible, and consistent workflows for payers. The companies said the alignment should help improve billing accuracy, strengthen documentation transparency, and reduce friction across the ecosystem, ultimately supporting faster return-to-work outcomes for injured workers.

Founded in 1982, Data Dimensions provides HIPAA-compliant solutions focused on claims, billing, and documentation management. The company serves insurance, healthcare, and government markets and is backed by Thompson Street Capital Partners. Following the close of the transaction, expected in the second quarter of 2026 and subject to customary regulatory approvals, Data Dimensions’ employees and leadership team will join One Call. Until closing, both companies will continue operating independently.
