One Equity Partners has made a majority investment in Myriad360, a global systems integrator serving organizations with complex infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, AI and data center requirements. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Myriad360’s existing management team will continue leading the company and will retain a significant ownership stake alongside One Equity Partners.
Founded in 2003, Myriad360 provides consulting, integration and managed services across cybersecurity, networking, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence and data center modernization.
The company works with enterprises, neoclouds and other organizations on complex technology deployments.
Myriad360 has expanded its service portfolio and geographic reach as customer technology environments have become more interconnected.
Earlier in 2026, the company acquired Advizex Technologies.
One Equity Partners’ investment will provide capital and strategic support for additional organic growth, talent recruitment, service expansion and acquisitions.
The transaction adds Myriad360 to OEP’s technology portfolio and gives the company a private equity partner with experience building middle-market technology and services businesses through both internal growth and strategic combinations.
