One Identity, a leader in identity security, has appointed Michael Henricks as Chief Financial and Operating Officer as the company continues to scale its global operations and align financial leadership with operational execution.
The move comes as One Identity accelerates growth and expands its footprint, supporting more than 11,000 organizations worldwide and managing over 500 million identities. The company said the new role reflects a strategic focus on integrating financial stewardship with operational performance to drive long-term expansion.
Henricks brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, business services, and financial services organizations. Before joining One Identity, he held senior financial leadership positions at private equity-backed and technology-driven companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and previously Chief Financial Officer at Momentive Software, where he worked closely with executive teams to strengthen operating discipline and enhance decision-making processes.
In his new position, Henricks’ responsibilities will extend beyond traditional CFO duties. He will oversee global finance operations while leading financial planning, operational efficiency initiatives, and long-term strategy. The role is designed to integrate financial and operational planning more tightly as the company continues to scale.
The appointment comes as One Identity maintains a reported 97 percent customer satisfaction rate and continues investing in leadership, product development, and go-to-market execution. The company provides identity governance and administration, privileged access management, and access management solutions, supporting enterprises adopting SaaS-first models, incorporating AI and automation, and operating in hybrid or self-managed environments.
