One Inc announced new AI-driven capabilities intended to help insurance carriers integrate more quickly with its platform while securely analyzing and managing payment data. At the center of the update is Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open protocol designed to work with a client’s own corporate LLM-based AI assistants to accelerate integration and raise service standards.
The company said MCP enhances its PremiumPay and ClaimsPay offerings by reducing go-live time and supporting insurers as they modernize premium collections and claims disbursements. One Inc positioned its capabilities to increase digital adoption, reduce manual processes, lower exception rates, strengthen fraud controls, and create a more seamless experience for policyholders and claimants.
One Inc emphasized that MCP is built for enterprise use inside each customer’s IT-approved AI environment rather than a centralized vendor-hosted model. The company said data access is permissioned, authenticated, and fully auditable, with credentials managed under the customer’s existing security framework. Its standards-based architecture is designed to ensure AI assistants interact with One Inc only through governed APIs, preserving control over access, behavior, and data flow.
For developers, One Inc said MCP can speed PremiumPay and ClaimsPay integrations through AI-assisted code generation, documentation, validation, and automated testing. For business users, the company said MCP enables secure on-demand access to actionable insights, advanced reporting, and AI-generated analyses tailored to organizational needs.
One Inc contrasted MCP with traditional AI features that operate only in vendor-hosted environments, saying MCP enables carriers to securely integrate One Inc payment data with internal systems and models within corporate AI platforms. The company said this approach supports broader analysis and operational flexibility while maintaining security and compliance.
One Inc said the launch reinforces its position in insurance payments by offering secure, AI-driven capabilities to address operational challenges, improve customer experience, and scale as insurer demand increases. The company also highlighted its scale, stating it serves more than 300 carriers and processes $120 billion in premiums and claims annually.
