One Rock Capital Partners added Damon Anderson to its Operating Partner team to focus on supply chain and procurement initiatives across portfolio companies.
Anderson brings more than 25 years of experience spanning procurement, global sourcing, supply chain management, acquisition integration, and operational improvement.
He most recently served as Vice President of Global Sourcing & Distribution at NSI Industries.
During his time at NSI, Anderson held several supply chain and sourcing leadership roles and developed the company’s acquisition integration playbook.
He also helped guide NSI through a series of acquisitions while it operated under multiple private equity owners.
Before NSI, Anderson held sourcing leadership roles at Newell Brands, most recently serving as Segment Sourcing Lead for the company’s global Tools business.
At One Rock, Anderson will work with portfolio company management teams to improve procurement strategies, supply chains, and post-acquisition integration.
His appointment expands One Rock’s Operating Partner group to 30 professionals.
