One To One Health: $12 Million Minority Growth Investment Raised For Scaling AI-Enabled Primary Care

By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 22, 2026

One to One Health has secured a $12 million minority growth investment from Frist Cressey Ventures (FCV) to expand its employer-sponsored primary care footprint and accelerate development of its AI-enabled clinical platform, Intelligent Care Manager. The Chattanooga, Tennessee-based company said the financing is designed to meet rising demand from employers seeking measurable savings and improved health outcomes through higher-engagement, relationship-based primary care.

The company provides a hybrid model that combines onsite clinics with virtual primary care, supported by real-time clinical intelligence intended to help clinicians make more informed decisions at the point of care. One to One Health said Intelligent Care Manager is central to that approach, surfacing relevant patient and clinical data during visits to support proactive care and drive improved utilization.

Management positioned the partnership as a response to continued cost pressures facing employers, citing healthcare cost increases approaching 10% in 2026 and arguing that organizations are increasingly looking for advanced primary care programs that can bend trend while improving access and patient experience. One to One Health said it has demonstrated savings of up to $4,000 per employee per year by pairing high-touch care with data-driven insights to reduce downstream spending and improve outcomes.

Frist Cressey Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm, said it is backing One to One Health as it scales a model aimed at redefining “foundational care” through seamless delivery and personalization. FCV co-founder and managing partner Senator Bill Frist, M.D., said the firm views the company’s approach as a way to improve both clinician and patient experience while advancing outcomes.

One to One Health said it currently serves more than 650 organizations and more than 500,000 members nationwide, working with employers, universities, and health plans. The company also highlighted TextCare, a concierge care benefit launched in 2021, which it said has produced a Net Promoter Score of 94 and 99% client retention—metrics it believes demonstrate sustained member engagement and employer value.

Founder Dr. Keith Helton framed the investment as reinforcement of the company’s founding premise that primary care should restore trust and relationships, while equipping providers with tools that make care more personal, accessible, and effective. One to One Health Chairman Senator Bob Corker similarly emphasized the company’s intent to expand the reach of what it described as patient-centered primary care supported by “cutting-edge technology.”

The investment marks One to One Health’s next phase of growth as it aims to deepen penetration with existing clients, expand to additional employer and plan partners, and continue building technology that connects fragmented clinical information into actionable insights for clinicians at the moment of care.
