One To One Health Partners With Frist Cressey On $12 Million Investment To Scale AI-Enabled Primary Care

One to One Health announced it has raised a $12 million minority growth investment from Frist Cressey Ventures to expand its employer-sponsored primary care model and accelerate development of its AI-enabled clinical platform, Intelligent Care Manager.

The Chattanooga, Tennessee-based company provides onsite and virtual primary care services for employers, universities, and health plans, and said the new capital will help it meet growing demand for “advanced primary care” while enhancing real-time clinical intelligence delivered to providers at the point of care.

One to One Health said its model is designed to improve utilization and outcomes while lowering total cost of care by pairing high-touch primary care with data-driven insights. The company cited healthcare cost increases approaching 10% in 2026 as a driver of employer demand, and said it has demonstrated savings of up to $4,000 per employee per year.

Frist Cressey Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm, said the partnership aligns with its goal of backing companies that improve access, affordability and outcomes. One to One Health also framed the investment as support for its founding mission of restoring trust and relationships in healthcare, while equipping clinicians with technology to deliver more personalized, accessible care.

One to One Health currently serves more than 650 organizations and more than 500,000 members nationwide. It also highlighted TextCare, a concierge care benefit launched in 2021, which it said delivers a Net Promoter Score of 94 and has supported 99% client retention.
