OneByZero has raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Jungle Ventures to scale its enterprise artificial intelligence deployment business across Asia Pacific and expand its NEO platform and AI Coworkers.
The financing represents the Singapore-headquartered company’s first external funding.
OneByZero has spent the past three years deploying AI inside large and regulated enterprises across financial services, telecommunications and retail.
The company said its revenue has more than doubled annually during that period.
OneByZero operates as what it calls a Frontier AI Deployment Company, working directly with enterprise teams to identify opportunities for AI, integrate systems into existing business workflows and continue optimizing them after deployment.
The company’s existing deployments have automated more than 90% of certain customer-facing interactions, generated measurable cost savings and accelerated complex data modernization initiatives by 50%.
OneByZero’s model relies on forward-deployed engineers that work alongside customers from initial project identification through implementation and ongoing operation.
The company also establishes local teams in its markets to provide knowledge of local regulations, languages and technology environments.
Each OneByZero engagement runs on NEO, its AI deployment platform and control layer for enterprise AI workforces.
NEO includes reusable components and governance capabilities, including records of agent actions, and enables companies to establish limits around AI activity and define areas where human judgment remains required.
OneByZero also combines employees with AI Coworkers, governed AI agents assigned defined roles and operating controls.
The Series A proceeds will be used to expand forward-deployed engineering resources and customer relationships across the nine markets in which OneByZero currently operates: Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the U.S. and Vietnam.
The company also plans to enter Japan by establishing a local team and introducing its forward-deployed operating model to the market.
OneByZero intends to expand beyond financial services and telecommunications into conglomerates, healthcare and the public sector.
Additional capital will support development of NEO, AI Coworkers and industry-specific templates, along with capabilities enabling enterprises to build AI systems based on open-weight and small language models.
KEY QUOTES:
“Every enterprise can now get access to powerful AI. The value comes when it runs inside the systems that run the business, under the company’s own rules, and gets better every week. That is the work we do every day, and this funding lets us do more of it, in more markets, and more industries.”
Niket Vaidya, CEO and Co-Founder of OneByZero
“We have built NEO so companies can define what AI is allowed to do, where human judgement is required and how every system is governed. That foundation lets them introduce more capable AI without losing control.”
Vibhore Kumar, PhD, CTO and Co-Founder of OneByZero
“OneByZero stood out because it is already doing what much of the enterprise AI market is still talking about. The team has spent three years deploying AI inside large, complex organizations and delivering measurable results. We believe that puts OneByZero in a strong position as more enterprises across Asia Pacific and Japan move AI from experimentation into their core operations.”
