OneDigital Investment Advisors has added Rosenthal Wealth Management Group to its national platform, bringing on a 31-year-old Mid-Atlantic firm managing approximately $1.8 billion in assets. The deal marks the 23rd wealth management firm to join OneDigital in five years and pushes the Atlanta-based company’s total assets under advisement to more than $155 billion as of March 31, 2026.
Founded in 1995 by Larry Rosenthal, Rosenthal Wealth Management Group is headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, with additional offices in Baltimore, Maryland, and Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. The 19-member firm — including eight financial advisors — serves more than 2,000 client households concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic region, with clients nationwide. Its service offering spans financial planning, investment management, retirement income strategies, and estate planning, built around a multi-generational, relationship-driven model that Rosenthal established at the firm’s founding.
Under the terms of the arrangement, Rosenthal’s advisors and staff will continue serving existing clients while gaining access to OneDigital’s broader platform of wealth, retirement, and insurance solutions, as well as its technology infrastructure and specialized planning resources.
OneDigital, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Atlanta, operates as an integrated insurance, financial services, and HR platform serving more than 100,000 employers and millions of individuals. Its wealth management business, conducted through OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC, has been on an aggressive acquisition pace, adding firms across the country to build scale in the registered investment advisor market.
