The transaction accelerates OneDigital’s growing presence in the PEO sector and advances its aim to provide integrated employer solutions for businesses nationwide.
Headquartered in Atlanta, OneDigital has become one of the largest PEOs in the country following ten acquisitions since 2022. Its enlarged platform now includes more than 400 PEO advocates delivering HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services to over 4,000 clients and 75,000 worksite employees across the United States. The addition of T&T Staff strengthens the firm’s reach across the Southwest and positions it to deepen its relationships in the strategically important West Texas market.
