OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners added two advisory teams representing approximately $235 million in combined assets under management, expanding the firm’s planning capabilities and presence in Florida and Georgia.
Theodore “Theo” Kuczarski joined OnePoint BFG as a Wealth Management Advisor based in Tampa, Florida, while Mark Hoffman joined the firm’s Atlanta office from Lanier Asset Management.
Kuczarski brings nearly 20 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management.
His practice focuses on planning-led advice spanning retirement, tax efficiency, insurance, estate planning, and other financial decisions tied to different stages of clients’ lives.
Kuczarski brings approximately $85 million in assets under management as of December 31, 2025.
Hoffman brings approximately $150 million in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
His practice is focused on individualized financial planning and long-term relationships with business owners and philanthropically inclined clients across Georgia and Kentucky.
By joining OnePoint BFG, Hoffman will gain access to additional planning capabilities, technology, and specialist expertise while maintaining the relationships and service model his clients already know.
The additions increase OnePoint BFG’s scale in two important Southeastern markets and add further planning expertise to the firm’s advisory platform.
OnePoint BFG said the expansion reflects its broader approach to growth, which combines advisor recruitment with continued investment in technology, specialized talent, and integrated services.
The firm had more than $18 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
OnePoint BFG, formerly known as Bleakley Financial Group, provides financial planning and wealth management services to individuals, families, and business owners.
The firm traces its origins to 1983 as a Northwestern Mutual district office.
Beginning in 2015, it operated as Bleakley Financial Group under Private Advisor Group before becoming a fully independent SEC-registered investment adviser in 2022.
The firm rebranded as OnePoint BFG Wealth Partners in July 2025.
