OneSix has acquired CTI Data as it looks to scale its data and AI services amid rising enterprise demand for governed analytics and responsible AI deployment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combined company will focus on building governed data foundations and advanced analytics capabilities for enterprises, with a particular emphasis on the Snowflake ecosystem. OneSix said the deal is intended to help organizations address persistent barriers to scaling AI—especially data quality, governance, compliance, and security requirements—by pairing modern data platform expertise with applied AI and machine learning services.
CTI Data, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, brings three decades of experience in data management, data governance, and analytics consulting. The firm has worked with data-intensive organizations in regulated sectors including healthcare and life sciences and higher education, delivering large-scale solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. CTI is also a Platinum-level Informatica partner and has Atlan capabilities.
Separately, OneSix said it has expanded its board with the addition of Frank Farrall, citing his experience building and scaling large AI and digital businesses and leading cloud and AI strategy and alliances across platforms including Snowflake, Google Cloud, AWS, and Salesforce.
Support: Novistra Capital served as exclusive advisor to CTI Data on the transaction.
