Onix, a leading provider of data, cloud, and AI solutions, has acquired the professional services unit from UJET, a top cloud-native Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software provider. This acquisition enhances Onix’s ability to deliver AI-driven customer engagement solutions and modernize enterprise contact centers.
UJET’s platform, built on Google Cloud and integrated with Google’s Customer Engagement AI Suite (CES), enables businesses to leverage generative AI for enhanced customer experiences. With UJET’s professional services team, Onix gains significant expertise in deploying CES solutions globally, positioning itself for rapid growth in complex contact center environments.
The integration will combine UJET’s CCaaS features with Onix’s AI solutions, including Agentic AI and Agentspace, across more than 10 industries. This will enable customers to achieve a higher ROI and lower TCO in their customer service operations, while also enhancing the overall customer experience.
Recognized as the 2025 Google Cloud Partner of the Year in Data & Analytics and Telecommunications, Onix has a strong history in deploying virtual agents and conversational AI. This acquisition further establishes Onix as a preferred partner for UJET’s CCaaS platform, equipping it to help enterprises modernize customer service at scale.
