ONTO Health announced the acquisition of LEVY Health, a clinical decision support software company specializing in precision diagnostics and patient intake for reproductive medicine. The acquisition strengthens ONTO Health’s technology platform as it accelerates expansion across the U.S. and internationally following its recent $20 million Series A funding.
Founded by Dr. Roohi Jeelani, a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, ONTO Health provides physician-led fertility and longevity care that combines evidence-based medicine with personalized treatment. The company views fertility as a key indicator of overall health and integrates reproductive care with broader long-term wellness management.
The acquisition brings LEVY Health’s clinical decision support infrastructure into ONTO’s platform, enabling physicians to identify endocrine disorders more efficiently, automate fertility workups, and improve diagnostic accuracy. The combined platform is designed to help healthcare providers integrate low-complexity fertility services into existing practices while streamlining clinical workflows.
The transaction also supports ONTO Health’s geographic expansion across the United States and into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, where demand for personalized fertility care continues to grow. According to the company, the global fertility services market was valued at approximately $42.2 billion in 2023 and is projected to reach more than $70 billion by 2030.
ONTO is also expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities to assist physicians with clinical decision-making through workflow automation, diagnostics, and individualized treatment recommendations. LEVY Health’s technology is expected to serve as a core component of that strategy by providing scalable clinical infrastructure that enhances both physician efficiency and patient care.
