OpenPayd Acquires 43 U.S. State Money Transmitter Licenses Ahead Of Planned Nasdaq Listing

OpenPayd has significantly expanded its U.S. regulatory footprint through the integration of MSB USA, bringing 43 state Money Transmitter Licenses under the OpenPayd group.

The transaction has been finalized following regulatory approvals and gives OpenPayd a substantially broader foundation for serving global clients operating in or expanding into the U.S. market.

MSB USA is a U.S.-based state-licensed money services business founded by OpenPayd founder Dr. Ozan Ozerk.

The company provides access to USD payment capabilities including ACH, Fedwire and SWIFT through regulated payment infrastructure and third-party financial institution relationships.

MSB USA will continue operating under its existing leadership while preparing for full integration into OpenPayd’s platform.

The U.S. expansion follows OpenPayd’s authorization under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets framework by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Together, those regulatory capabilities give OpenPayd infrastructure spanning fiat and digital assets across the U.S., U.K. and Europe.

The expansion comes during a period of significant commercial growth.

As of July 31, 2026, OpenPayd’s annual recurring revenue exceeded $96 million and annualized transaction volume surpassed $300 billion.

The company is profitable, has taken no external capital and serves more than 1,200 clients globally, including Kraken, eToro, OKX and B2C2.

OpenPayd is also preparing for a public listing in the U.S.

In June 2026, OpenPayd entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Titan Acquisition Corp. that is expected to result in OpenPayd listing on Nasdaq under the ticker OP.

The transaction values OpenPayd at a pro forma equity value of up to $1.145 billion and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and Titan shareholder approval.
