The deal advances OpenSpace’s position as the leading Visual Intelligence Platform for builders, uniting imagery, analytics, and verified progress tracking into a single trusted system that enhances visibility and decision-making across construction projects.
The acquisition follows a successful partnership launched in June 2025, during which customers rapidly adopted OpenSpace Progress Tracking, powered by Disperse. The combined platform offers builders a fully integrated view of site progress—pairing 360° jobsite imagery with computer vision and expert human verification—to deliver precise, real-time insights on what’s been completed and what remains.
By integrating Disperse’s technology and expert data operations team into its ecosystem, OpenSpace is deepening its Spatial AI capabilities and extending its ability to serve contractors, owners, and specialty trades. The merged platform will improve project accuracy, reduce billing disputes, and streamline coordination between field and office teams.
The solution will also enhance automation and schedule reliability by connecting verified progress data with project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Asta Powerproject. Builders will be able to validate work in place for billing, identify potential delays early, and share clear, visual updates with stakeholders.
