Opex Technologies: Strategic Growth Investment Raised From Bregal Sagemount

Leading growth-focused private equity firm Bregal Sagemount announced a strategic growth investment from its Basecamp fund, in Opex Technologies, a trusted advisor that helps businesses navigate and optimize complex technology procurement decisions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Launched in 2004 and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Opex enables enterprise and mid-market clients to make more effective decisions across critical IT infrastructure domains, such as data center and cloud, cybersecurity, networking, AI, CX, and voice solutions. And Opex’s client-centric approach and technical expertise have earned the trust of a blue-chip client base and fueled its continued growth.
