Oracle Corporation has added longtime healthcare and technology executive Stephen Rusckowski to its Board of Directors, expanding the Board to 14 members as the company continues to strengthen its leadership bench during a period of significant growth in cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and healthcare technology. The election became effective on November 18, 2025.

Rusckowski previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest Diagnostics from 2012 to 2022, and as its Chairman from 2017 through March 2023. Before joining Quest, he was Chief Executive Officer of Philips Healthcare and a member of the Board of Management of Royal Philips Electronics. He currently sits on the supervisory board of Qiagen N.V. and serves as a director of Baxter International. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science degree in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Oracle said that the addition of Rusckowski brings deep operational and domain expertise at a time when the company is positioning Oracle Health as a central pillar of its long-term strategy. His background in diagnostic information, global healthcare systems, and large-scale technology implementation is expected to support Oracle’s continued efforts to modernize and expand its healthcare offerings.

Members of Oracle’s Board of Directors serve one-year terms and will next stand for election at the company’s annual meeting of stockholders in November 2026.

Oracle noted that its integrated cloud infrastructure and application suites continue to gain momentum with healthcare organizations, governments, and large enterprises worldwide. The company said Rusckowski’s experience leading multinational organizations will contribute meaningfully to its objectives in these markets.
