ORS Nasco, a wholesaler of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products, has acquired assets associated with AD Industries’ AD Member Supply unit and Alliance Distribution Partners as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
The acquisitions add complementary capabilities to ORS Nasco’s distribution platform, strengthening its presence across key industrial markets. AD Member Supply primarily distributes bearings and power transmission products, offering both branded and private label solutions. Alliance Distribution Partners serves the industrial and welding sectors with a broad assortment of products spanning welding, safety, plumbing, janitorial supplies, chemicals, and abrasives.
With these additions, ORS Nasco is expanding both its product breadth and supplier relationships while increasing its density across major U.S. industrial markets. The acquisitions also deepen the company’s capabilities in power transmission and welding, further supporting its distributor customers with value added solutions.
AD Member Supply is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Alliance Distribution Partners operates from Hendersonville, Tennessee, with a warehouse in Franklin, Kentucky, and offers more than 300,000 products sourced from roughly 200 brands. Alliance also operates a business segment that supplies Duracell batteries to retail outlets.
ORS Nasco serves distributors across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East, offering approximately 190,000 SKUs sourced from more than 250 original equipment manufacturers. The company operates 13 distribution locations focused on industrial end markets.
The transaction continues ORS Nasco’s acquisition strategy following its purchase by private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital in August 2024. Since that acquisition, ORS Nasco has completed four acquisitions to expand its scale and capabilities.
