Osaic announced that Gardner Wallace Financial Solutions, a Texas-based wealth management firm overseeing approximately $464 million in client assets, has joined its platform through Advisory Resource Group, an office of supervisory jurisdiction. The Addison, Texas-based firm previously operated with Kestra and is affiliating with the platform to accelerate growth, expand its advisor team and strengthen long-term succession planning.
Gardner Wallace is led by Frances Gardner, CFP, Andrew Gardner, CFP, and Patrick Wallace, ChFC. The firm provides comprehensive wealth management, insurance, business planning and tax planning services to individuals and business owners.
The affiliation comes as the firm prepares for its next phase of leadership evolution, including a future ownership transition to Andrew Gardner and Patrick Wallace. After years as a top-performing firm on its previous platform, the team sought a partner that could provide greater infrastructure, enhanced technology and increased operational flexibility to support its next stage of growth.
Through the partnership with Osaic and Advisory Resource Group, Gardner Wallace plans to leverage expanded business development support, platform efficiencies and succession planning resources designed to help entrepreneurial advisory firms scale while maintaining a high-touch client experience.
