Osaic announced that financial advisor Chris Livingston has affiliated with the firm and joined Oakfield Wealth Management Group, an Osaic-affiliated team led by Private Wealth Advisor Anthony Macaluso. Livingston, who is based in Brooklyn, New York, brings approximately $164 million in assets under administration and more than 25 years of industry experience to the platform.
According to Osaic, Livingston joins after 26 years at Santander Securities, where he most recently served as senior vice president. The firm framed the move as part of Livingston’s desire to gain greater independence while still having access to a broader platform, advanced technology, and a collaborative community of advisors.
Osaic described Oakfield as a team focused on long-term client relationships and disciplined guidance through shifting market conditions. The group emphasizes clear communication and practical advice intended to help clients navigate volatility.
The announcement also highlighted Osaic’s broader pitch to independent advisors, emphasizing flexibility, growth resources, and succession-planning capabilities designed to help advisors scale their practices while focusing on clients. Osaic said it continues to recruit experienced advisors seeking independence paired with institutional support, citing recent additions including Sanders Wealth Management, REVUP Private Wealth, and Pilot Rock Financial Advisors.
