Osaic announced that Midtown Advisors, an independent wealth management firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has affiliated with its platform, adding approximately $153 million in client assets. The move follows Midtown’s more than decade-long relationship with LPL Financial and positions the firm to leverage Osaic’s technology, product capabilities, and operational support while maintaining its existing investment approach.

Midtown Advisors is led by Managing Director Tom Perry and includes Director of Sales Operations Blake Perry and Office Manager Stacey Nelson. Osaic said Perry undertook a due diligence process across multiple firms before selecting Osaic as a long-term partner for his business and clients.

Osaic framed the affiliation as part of its broader push to attract independent firms seeking added scale and stability, highlighting ongoing growth in its roster of affiliated teams. The company noted other recent additions include Sanders Wealth Management, True Wealth Advisors, and Soundview Financial Group.

Osaic is a portfolio company of Reverence Capital Partners and said it supports more than 10,000 financial professionals across its broker-dealer and registered investment adviser network.
