Osavul Raises $10 Million Series A Led By 33N Ventures

Osavul raised $10 million (€8.5 million) in Series A funding led by 33N Ventures to expand its AI-powered hybrid risk intelligence platform into enterprises and critical infrastructure operators. Balnord, G+D Ventures, and existing investor 42CAP also participated in the round.

The financing brings Osavul’s total funding to approximately €12 million.

Osavul develops an AI platform designed to identify hostile intent across information, cyber, and physical domains before attacks materialize.

The technology draws on open and privileged data and combines it with proprietary intelligence developed through years of analyzing hostile campaigns alongside defense and security institutions.

Osavul’s platform maps potential threats against a customer’s people, facilities, and supply chains.

The company said its assessments are evidence-traced and analyst-reviewed and can operate on-premise within sovereign infrastructure, enabling sensitive information to remain inside customer systems.

Osavul was initially developed during Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and has spent four years working alongside defense, cyber, and information security units.

The company now serves government, defense, and security organizations in more than 10 countries, including the U.K., Germany, Poland, Nordic countries, the U.S., and markets across Asia-Pacific.

Osavul is also one of three technology companies supporting NATO’s Information Environment Assessment Capability.

The company said its total contract value increased fourfold during 2025.

Osavul has also gained enterprise traction across defense industrials, energy, transportation, and financial services.

The new financing will support deeper AI capabilities, expansion of Osavul’s commercial organization, and entry into additional markets and industries.

The company plans to continue serving government and defense customers while applying its technology to critical infrastructure and commercial organizations facing similar threats.

KEY QUOTES:

“Hybrid attacks are no longer a government problem alone. The companies running energy, airports, ports, transport and finance now face the same adversaries, usually without the means to see them coming. We will keep working with governments and defence, where our intelligence is forged, and bring that capability to the businesses societies rely on.”

Dmytro Plieshakov, Co-Founder and CEO of Osavul

“We built Osavul under live operational conditions, and that experience travels. From Luxembourg we now serve customers worldwide, increasingly in regions facing conflict and instability, where the need for sovereign, multi-language intelligence is most acute.”

Dmytro Bilash, Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Osavul

“The state cannot defend every target, so the companies running Europe’s infrastructure are now carrying risk they were never equipped for. Osavul spent four years proving this inside defence ministries and security institutions, and is now turning the same capability toward commercial operators.”
