Osmose Utilities has announced the acquisition of Centillion Solutions, Inc., a leading engineering services provider specializing in telecommunications infrastructure. The move expands Osmose’s ability to offer end-to-end technical services across the telecom sector, strengthening its position as a single-source partner for design, engineering, and project delivery.
Founded in 2007, Centillion Solutions provides engineering, drafting, and geospatial services for Fiber-to-the-X (FTTx) and Hybrid Fiber Coax networks. The company operates across the U.S., the Netherlands, the UK, and Australia, supported by a significant engineering and design center in India. The addition of Centillion’s technology and experienced workforce enables Osmose to deliver comprehensive, turnkey solutions that encompass pre-design walkouts, Outside Plant (OSP) design, permitting, and post-construction services.
Osmose’s existing suite of services includes inspection, overhead work, distribution design, and make-ready engineering for both telecom and electric utilities. With Centillion onboard, Osmose now enhances its capacity to accelerate design and permitting workflows, providing faster project approvals and rollout schedules for telecom operators.
