ŌURA Files For Proposed IPO And Plans Nasdaq Listing Under OURA Ticker

ŌURA has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The smart ring and health intelligence company has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol OURA. The number of shares to be offered and the expected IPO price range have not yet been determined.

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company and Jefferies will serve as joint lead book-running managers.

BofA Securities, Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities will also serve as joint book-running managers, while Citizens Capital Markets, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Guggenheim Securities will act as book-running managers.

Additional book-running managers include Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, Raymond James, Rothschild & Co, Truist Securities and William Blair. Robinhood Securities will act as co-manager.

ŌURA’s platform is centered on the Oura Ring and supports health tracking across sleep, activity, stress, readiness, women’s health, metabolic health and heart health.

The ring continuously tracks more than 50 health metrics, while the company says its platform supports millions of members globally and an ecosystem of more than 1,200 partners spanning research, healthcare, sports and other organizations.

ŌURA was founded in Finland in 2013 and is now headquartered in San Francisco, with its European headquarters in Oulu, Finland.

The registration statement has been filed but has not yet become effective, and the proposed offering remains subject to the SEC registration process.
