Outmarket AI, an AI platform purpose-built for the insurance industry, announced it has raised $17 million in Series A funding led by Permanent Capital Ventures, with participation from SignalFire, Fika Ventures, TTV Capital, and Dash Fund. The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $21.7 million.
Founded to modernize insurance broker workflows through AI, Outmarket AI said the new capital will be used to accelerate platform expansion and build additional AI-powered workflows for commercial, benefits, personal lines, and specialty insurance. The company’s platform integrates directly with agency management systems to transform fragmented brokerage data into an intelligence layer that powers workflow automation and analytics.
The company said its technology currently supports workflows including automated policy checking and advanced loss run analysis. According to Outmarket AI, the platform processes millions of quotes, policies, applications, and loss run documents while saving customers over a decade of manual work every month on a cumulative basis.
Since launching in March 2025, Outmarket AI said annual recurring revenue has grown fivefold year-over-year, and more than 250 insurance brokerages are now using the platform daily. Customers have also reported up to a 65% reduction in errors and omissions through AI-assisted policy comparison and gap detection workflows.
The company noted that brokerages are also using the platform to improve cross-selling opportunities and increase win rates by identifying insights across customer portfolios that were previously difficult to uncover manually.
Outmarket AI also highlighted recent leadership growth, including the appointment of Alpesh Patel as Chief Revenue Officer earlier this year. Patel previously held enterprise sales leadership positions at Salesforce and DocuSign, where he worked on insurance-focused deals.
The company said its platform now includes integrations with major agency management systems including Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, and Nexsure, along with enterprise compliance certifications including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. In December 2025, Outmarket launched its Proposal Builder product, designed to reduce multi-hour proposal preparation workflows into processes completed in minutes.
Looking ahead, Outmarket AI said its 2026 roadmap includes plans to more than double the workflow capabilities available to customers as it continues expanding across the insurance sector.
