The facility has been rebranded as Outrig Storage East Valley, marking the company’s first location in the region and its 22nd nationwide.
The property offers secure canopy and uncovered storage options designed for recreational vehicle and boat owners in the Seattle metropolitan area. Located approximately five miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and within a short drive of downtown Seattle, the site is positioned to serve a large base of outdoor enthusiasts in a region known for strong RV and boating activity.
The acquisition reflects Outrig’s broader growth strategy, targeting markets with high demand and limited supply of premium storage options. The company indicated it plans to continue pursuing additional expansion opportunities across the Pacific Northwest while enhancing customer experience at newly acquired properties.
The seller, Theresa Skagen, noted the property had been family-owned for decades and emphasized confidence in Outrig’s ability to improve and grow the facility following the transaction.
