Owens Corning Promotes Todd Fister To Executive Vice President And Chief Financial And Operating Officer

Owens Corning, a branded building products leader listed on the NYSE under the ticker OC, has promoted Todd Fister to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer, effective immediately. The expanded role reflects the company’s focus on operational discipline and integrated execution to accelerate organic growth, enhance margins, and strengthen its market-leading positions following its recent portfolio transformation. Owens Corning will conduct an external search for a dedicated Chief Financial Officer.

Fister has served as Owens Corning’s CFO since 2023 and previously served as President of the company’s Insulation business from 2019 to 2023, where he led a transformation to deliver growth and stronger margins. He joined Owens Corning in 2014 after holding leadership roles in finance, corporate development, and strategy at MeadWestvaco, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter and Gamble.
