Owl Labs announced the launch of Owl 360 Services, its first subscription service built for IT administrators managing hybrid meeting environments.
The new service is designed to help organizations support hybrid work across more meeting spaces by providing dedicated support, centralized device management, proactive insights, analytics, and warranty coverage based on deployment size and complexity.
Owl 360 Services includes three subscription tiers: Core, Enhanced, and Enterprise. Every Owl Labs device worldwide, whether newly purchased or already owned, is enrolled in the Core tier at no additional cost. Core includes remote management, standard support, built-in analytics, and a two-year warranty.
The Enhanced tier will be available globally for direct purchase this summer. It adds advanced analytics, dashboards, meeting record history, and API integrations. Pricing starts at $79 per device per year, with scalable options for larger deployments.
The Enterprise tier is designed for larger and business-critical deployments. It includes four-year warranty coverage, expedited hardware replacement, on-site spare devices, a dedicated account manager, advanced analytics, dashboards, meeting record history, and priority support. The tier is available now through authorized Owl Labs channel partners in North America, with pricing starting at $149 per device annually, paid upfront as a four-year commitment.
All three tiers provide insights such as talk-time analytics, meeting duration tracking, visibility into the most frequently used devices and rooms, bulk deployment capabilities, update management, and device tracking.
Owl Labs said the service gives organizations more visibility into device health, usage, and performance, helping IT teams improve uptime, identify technical issues earlier, and make more informed purchasing decisions. The Enhanced tier also introduces API integrations that connect to third-party systems and dashboards, enabling broader data capabilities across enterprise environments.
The launch builds on Owl Labs’ enterprise momentum, including the recent Microsoft Teams certification of the Meeting Owl 5 Pro device. That certification completed Owl Labs’ suite of certified peripherals alongside the Meeting Owl 4+, Meeting Owl 3, and Owl Bar.
Owl Labs is a Boston-based company focused on AI-powered, 360-degree video conferencing solutions for hybrid organizations. The company has raised $47 million in funding.
