Oxane Partners has secured a strategic growth investment from TA Associates to accelerate technology development, expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and invest further in talent and leadership. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded in 2014, Oxane provides technology-driven solutions that help banks, private credit funds and institutional investors manage, monitor, analyze and service credit assets through a unified platform. The company supports more than 100 clients representing over $1.4 trillion in aggregate assets under management and operates from offices in London, New York, Gurgaon and Hyderabad.
The investment comes as the continued expansion of private credit increases the operational demands placed on lenders, investment managers and institutional investors. Private credit portfolios often contain loans with different structures, reporting obligations, covenants, collateral arrangements and valuation requirements, while the information needed to monitor those investments may be spread across credit agreements, borrower reports, spreadsheets and disconnected software systems.
Oxane is designed to consolidate those workflows and information sources within a single technology environment. Its platform helps clients maintain more consistent data, monitor portfolio performance, analyze risk and manage administrative processes across a range of private credit strategies and structures.
The company delivers its services through what it calls a “Platform x People” model, combining proprietary software with teams of private credit specialists. This structure is intended to provide customers with both technology-enabled automation and access to professionals who understand the operational, analytical and reporting requirements associated with complex credit assets.
At the center of Oxane’s offering is Oxane Panorama, an AI-powered platform built specifically for private credit. Panorama supports portfolio and risk management, credit facility management, analytics, valuations and facility administration, providing a digital foundation for banks, funds and other institutional investors managing private debt portfolios.
The platform’s portfolio management capabilities enable clients to track borrower financial performance, loan terms, payment activity, covenant compliance and changes in credit quality. By bringing information together in one system, Oxane seeks to reduce the reliance on fragmented tools and manual processes that can make it difficult for investment and operations teams to maintain an accurate view of portfolio risk.
Panorama also supports credit facility management, including the monitoring of borrowing limits, collateral requirements, interest calculations and contractual obligations. Its facility administration capabilities can assist with payment processing, notices, reporting and coordination among borrowers, lenders and other participants involved in a credit transaction.
Valuation represents another important component of the platform because private credit assets do not have continuously available market prices. Determining the value of a private loan may require analysis of borrower performance, contractual terms, comparable transactions, credit spreads and broader market conditions, making centralized data and repeatable processes increasingly important as portfolios grow.
Oxane plans to use TA’s investment to expand the application of AI across these workflows. Potential uses include extracting and organizing information from loan documents and borrower reports, identifying exceptions, supporting portfolio monitoring, and helping investment and risk teams prepare analysis more efficiently.
The company’s technology is also positioned to address the institutionalization of private credit as pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers and other large investors increase their exposure to the asset class. This growth is creating greater demand for technology capable of supporting institutional standards for governance, reporting, valuation, risk oversight and operational scale.
TA Associates has invested in more than 560 companies since its founding in 1968 and has raised approximately $65 billion in capital. The firm focuses on growth investments across technology, business services, financial services and healthcare, and maintains offices in Boston, Menlo Park, Austin, London, Mumbai and Hong Kong.
The transaction is intended to support Oxane’s continued product innovation and global expansion while preserving its combination of purpose-built technology and specialized private credit expertise. The company plans to continue developing Panorama and expanding its ability to help financial institutions manage increasingly complex credit portfolios through more integrated systems.
Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to TA, and Goodwin Procter served as its legal counsel. Jefferies and Avendus advised Oxane on the transaction, while Latham & Watkins and Trilegal served as the company’s legal advisors.
