P6 Technologies – an emerging leader in enterprise software for transportation fuel and petrochemical companies to perform Product Life Cycle Assessments that measure product-level carbon intensity and GHG emissions – recently announced it had secured $3.25 million in seed funding led by Goose Capital and supported by Tupper Lake Partners, Veritec Ventures, and Artemis Energy Partners. This is the first external funding P6 Technologies has accepted, positioning the company for accelerated growth.
The company plans to use the investment proceeds to accelerate the development and go to market of its revolutionary Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) enterprise software platform. Built to address the evolving challenges fossil fuel-based companies face to decarbonize their products, the solution simplifies the complexity of measuring product-level carbon intensity and dealing with regulatory compliance across various global regulatory agencies.
Along with this funding round, P6 also announced that Bobby Tudor, a member of Goose Capital and founder of Artemis Energy Partners, has joined the P6 Technologies Board of Directors. Tudor, the former founder and CEO of Tudor, Pickering & Holt, is a recognized energy industry leader with extensive experience and strategic insights that will contribute significantly to the company’s growth trajectory. And Tudor is well known for his 30-plus-year career in investment banking, having worked on many defining transactions across most energy sub-sectors and geographies.
With this funding round, P6 is also pleased to announce that Paal Kibsgaard, Managing Partner at Veritec Ventures has also joined the P6 Technologies Board of Directors. Kibsgaard, the former Chairman and CEO of Schlumberger, is a recognized energy industry leader with strategic insights that will contribute significantly to the company’s growth trajectory.
