PADO AI Orchestration, an energy orchestration SaaS platform backed by LG NOVA, announced it has raised $6 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered solutions for data centers. The round was led by NovaWave Capital, an LG NOVA-supported fund, and will support product development and global market expansion, particularly targeting mid-market colocation data centers.

The company’s platform leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to coordinate power, compute, and cooling resources across data center environments. By optimizing how workloads are distributed and managed, PADO aims to maximize compute output per megawatt while improving operational efficiency, resilience, and profitability.

PADO’s technology focuses on orchestrating both infrastructure and distributed energy resources, enabling data centers to operate more efficiently within existing power constraints. Its capabilities include intelligent workload shifting, precision cooling, monetization of distributed energy resources, and automated ESG and regulatory reporting.

The platform is designed to help data centers increase GPU utilization and compute density without requiring additional power capacity or significant capital expenditures. This is particularly relevant as demand for AI workloads continues to surge while energy availability and grid constraints remain limiting factors.

PADO is positioning itself to address a growing market gap: enterprise customers that require high-performance computing but do not operate hyperscale facilities. By enabling more efficient use of existing infrastructure, the company aims to unlock additional capacity and value in mid-market data centers.

The company is part of LG NOVA’s portfolio of ventures, which focuses on building and scaling high-growth companies across energy, health, and business sectors.

KEY QUOTES:

“We are excited to announce this investment, which will enable us to accelerate the delivery of our SaaS platform with a specific focus on increasing GPU utilization within data centers that operate under an existing infrastructure and power envelope delivering immediate returns without having to wait for increased power allocations. While hyperscalers may be driving current large-scale data center demand, there is an increasing need from enterprise customers who require high power compute but not their own built-to-suit facility. The resulting orchestration opportunity within mid-market data centers is significant, and one PADO’s solutions can readily address without immediate CAPEX needs or increased power requirements.”

Wannie Park, CEO And Co-Founder, PADO AI Orchestration

“Our goal at NovaWave Capital is to support high-growth AI companies and drive positive change within the energy and business sectors. PADO is a catalyst for the data center market’s growth and we’re excited to continue supporting the team’s mission to ensure infrastructure can adapt to power constraints while supporting ongoing AI innovation.”
