Sleep Country Canada has acquired all of Sleep Number’s assets substantially following a competitive, court-supervised sale process. The transaction marks Sleep Country’s entry into the United States and creates a combined retail network of more than 800 locations. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Cracker Barrel has completed a sale-leaseback transaction involving 26 company-owned restaurant properties and divested certain assets of its Maple Street Biscuit Company business. The company also raised its profitability outlook for fiscal 2026.

Franchise Equity Partners has acquired Bravo Fit, the exclusive Planet Fitness franchisee across several Australian markets, from its existing shareholders. Planet Fitness exited its minority ownership position in Bravo Fit as part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Tempus AI has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Personalis in a transaction representing an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion, excluding Tempus’ existing ownership interest. The acquisition will expand Tempus’ molecular residual disease capabilities and strengthen its AI-enabled precision oncology platform.

ORiS has secured €5 million in funding to develop laser-based wireless power transmission systems for satellites and other space applications. The financing includes a €4.5 million pre-seed round led by Earlybird and co-led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Galaxia, Vento and Piemonte Next Fund.

deltaVision has raised €10.2 million in seed funding to expand production of fluid-control systems for space applications. The round was led by KT Ventures and Valemount Capital, with participation from Futury Capital.

ApexData has launched RidgeScope, an AI-powered diagnostic platform designed to identify performance problems in GPU-based machine learning training runs. The platform is generally available and can determine what went wrong, why it happened and what engineering teams can do to address the issue.

Harbour Group has acquired American Packing & Gasket Holdings, commonly known as APG, and added the business to its SHF flow-components platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mobileye will supply its Cloud-Enhanced Advanced Driver Assist technology for select future Stellantis vehicles expected to launch beginning in 2027. The agreement will integrate Mobileye’s Road Experience Management technology to support expanded safety and convenience features.

Gritt has launched with $32.4 million in pre-seed and Series A funding to develop AI-powered robotic systems for large-scale construction sites. The financing includes a $26 million Series A led by Obvious Ventures. Union Square Ventures and Active Impact Investments participated in the Series A, with support from existing investors First Round Capital, Climactic, Congruent Ventures and VSC Ventures.

Organic Traditions has raised $10.5 million in Series A funding, equivalent to approximately C$15 million, to accelerate its expansion across the United States. The round was backed by strategic angel investors with experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, technology and operations.

The Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership, MGX and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners have completed their acquisition of Aligned Data Centers. The transaction values Aligned at approximately $40 billion on an enterprise-value basis and represents one of the largest private investments completed in digital infrastructure.

PolyPid has entered into an exclusive partnership with Azurity Pharmaceuticals to commercialize D-PLEX₁₀₀ in the United States and Canada for the prevention of surgical site infections. The agreement could provide PolyPid with more than $320 million in upfront and milestone payments, along with tiered royalties on future sales.

StarApps has acquired AppMaker, a native mobile application platform serving more than 200 enterprise brands, in an all-cash transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

AIP Capital and Bridgepoint have agreed to purchase 11 CFM LEAP-1B spare engines from CFM International. The acquisition expands their joint venture focused on building a diversified commercial aircraft engine portfolio valued at more than $1 billion.

Karman Space & Defense has agreed to acquire Glasgow-based Walker Precision Engineering for approximately $94 million, or £70 million. The transaction will establish Karman’s first operating presence outside the United States and expand its capabilities within the European missile, aerospace and defense markets.

McGuireWoods has added Michelle Williamson as a partner in its Houston office, expanding the firm’s capabilities across energy, infrastructure and other complex financing transactions. She joins after nearly a decade at Kirkland & Ellis in Houston, where she was a partner.

FinWise Bancorp has acquired the technology platform and related assets of Tallied Technologies, the credit card issuance and processing system supporting FinWise Bank’s co-branded card programs. The acquisition gives FinWise ownership of its card technology stack across applications, decisioning, issuance, processing and servicing.

Mavis Tire Express Services has reportedly agreed to acquire Pep Boys from Icahn Enterprises for approximately $700 million in cash. The transaction is expected to be formally announced shortly, according to the WSJ's sources.

OCS Group International has agreed to acquire Mitie Group in a recommended all-cash transaction valuing the UK facilities management company at approximately £3.1 billion on a fully diluted basis. The acquisition would combine two UK-headquartered businesses and create an international facilities services group with approximately £8.5 billion in combined annual revenue.

GitHub Sponsors has surpassed $100 million in funding distributed to open source maintainers and projects since launching in 2019. The milestone reflects growing financial support from individual developers, corporations and other organizations that depend on open source software.

Brenus Pharma has raised an €11 million, or approximately $12.6 million, extension to its Series A financing. The round brings the French biotechnology company’s total capital raised since its founding to €38 million, or approximately $43.5 million. The financing included follow-on participation from Angelor, UI Investissement through FRAI, Crédit Agricole through CACE Création and CACF Capital Innovation, Noshaq, Orsa and BIO JAG. Bpifrance also supported the company through non-dilutive funding. New investors Sambrinvest and Korea Omega Investment Corp joined the round. Sambrinvest expands Brenus Pharma’s European shareholder base, while Korea Omega represents the company’s first institutional investor from the Asia-Pacific region.

Shapoorji Pallonji Group has completed one of India’s largest private credit transactions, raising approximately ₹151 billion, or $1.6 billion, through rupee-denominated bonds, according to Bloomberg. The financing demonstrates continued investor demand for large, high-yield Indian credit transactions despite volatile global markets.

Natural has raised $30 million in Series A funding to develop payments infrastructure designed specifically for artificial intelligence agents. Kirsten Green of Forerunner led the round, with continued participation from the company’s major existing investors. Investors and supporters in the round included the founders or executives of Human Capital, Abstract, Wischoff Ventures, Increase, HappyRobot, Browserbase, Notion, Privy, Y Combinator, Profound and Brex. Antifund general partners Jake Paul and Logan Paul also participated, along with other investors.

BlackRock, Carhartt, Ford Motor Company and Google have launched the Alliance for America’s Skilled Trades, a coalition focused on expanding workforce training and creating pathways into skilled careers. The founding companies have already independently committed to supporting skilled workforce initiatives across 30 states.

Samsung Electronics America has introduced the Samsung Galaxy Card, its first credit card for U.S. consumers. The card is issued by Barclays US Consumer Bank and operates on the Visa network.

Ant International has raised approximately $1.2 billion in Series A equity financing to accelerate its global expansion and financial technology development. Existing investors Ant Group and Alibaba Group participated alongside other international investment institutions.

Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund has committed ¥20 billion, or approximately $123 million, to a domestic private equity fund managed by Advantage Partners, according to Bloomberg. The investment marks GPIF’s first in-house direct commitment to a private equity fund focused specifically on Japan.

Clipway has completed the final close of Clipway Secondary Fund I at $6.4 billion, creating what the firm described as the largest debut secondaries platform ever raised. The closing also establishes Clipway as the world’s largest independent firm dedicated exclusively to technology-enabled secondary market investing.

Mach42 has raised £7 million in a pre-Series A funding round to accelerate the development and commercial adoption of its AI-powered semiconductor simulation technology. IP Group led the round, with participation from existing investors BGF and Foresight Group.
