SS&C Technologies Holdings has completed its acquisition of Curo Fund Services, a major South African provider of fund administration solutions, marking a meaningful step in the company’s international growth strategy. The transaction, announced from Windsor, Connecticut, brings Curo into SS&C’s Global Investor and Distribution Solutions group led by Nick Wright. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Corsica Technologies announced a significant expansion of its national managed services and cybersecurity footprint with the acquisition of AccountabilIT, a well-established provider known for its deep Microsoft expertise, advanced cybersecurity capabilities, and strong customer relationships across the western United States. The company will construct custom data centers in partnership with Fluidstack in Texas and New York, with additional sites expected as demand for its Claude platform continues to rise.

Gopuff has raised $250 million in new funding, led by Eldridge Industries and Valor Equity Partners, as the instant commerce company reports its strongest financial performance to date. Cursor has raised $2.3 billion in a Series D funding round, valuing the company at $29.3 billion, marking one of the largest private financings in the AI developer tools sector. The round included continued support from existing investors, including Thrive, a16z, Accel, and DST, as well as new backers Coatue, NVIDIA, and Google. The investment positions Cursor to scale its AI development platform amid soaring demand from enterprises and record revenue growth.

Exowatt has secured an additional $50 million to expand its U.S. manufacturing footprint and accelerate deployments of its Exowatt P3 systems to the rapidly growing network of AI data centers and industrial facilities nationwide. MVP Ventures and 8090 Industries led the financing as an extension of Exowatt’s $70 million Series A round, which was announced in April 2025 and spearheaded by Felicis. Additional participation came from The Florida Opportunity Fund, DeepWork Capital, Dragon Global, Massive VC, New Atlas Capital, BAM, Overmatch, Protagonist, StepStone, Atomic, and Bay Bridge Ventures. Felicis also took part in this extension. The company’s earlier $20 million seed round attracted prominent angel investors, including Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, and environmental advocate Leonardo DiCaprio.

Self has closed a $9 million seed round and officially launched Points, a user rewards system that builds on the company’s fast-growing adoption across the zero-knowledge identity ecosystem. The San Francisco based startup, which provides privacy preserving proof of humanity and verification infrastructure by technology leaders such as Google and Aave, completed the round earlier this year with participation from Greenfield Capital, Startup Capital Ventures x SBI Fund of SoftBank, Spearhead VC, Verda Ventures, Fireweed Ventures, Casey Neistat, and a roster of prominent Web3 industry leaders that includes Sreeram Kannan of EigenLayer, Sandeep Nailwal of Polygon, Julien Bouteloup of Curve, Jill Carlson of Espresso, and Hart Lambur of Across Protocol.

Bindwell has secured a $6 million seed round co-led by General Catalyst and A Capital, marking one of the most notable early financings in agricultural technology this year as the company works to reinvent how pesticides are discovered. The round also included participation from SV Angel and Paul Graham, following an earlier pre-seed investment from Character Capital and Bindwell’s acceptance into Y Combinator’s Winter 2025 batch.
