Headed by executive chair John Maraganore, Ph.D., founding CEO of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, the company has completed a $135 million Series A financing led by ARCH Venture Partners, with participation from other leading life sciences investors including Fidelity Management & Research Company, Invus, Slate Path Capital, Rock Springs Capital, Regeneron Ventures, AN Ventures and other undisclosed investors.

DC BLOX, a provider of interconnected data centers, announced it raised incremental equity capital from its existing and new investors, led by Post Road Group and Bain Capital Credit. This funding will advance the deployment of $1+ billion of total capital to finance future construction and the development of powered-land banking opportunities, reinforcing DC BLOX’s position as a hyperscale-ready data center platform.

Distributional, a modern enterprise platform for AI testing, announced that it has raised $19 million in Series A funding led by Two Sigma Ventures with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Operator Collective, Oregon Venture Fund, Essence VC, Alumni Ventures and dozens of angel investors. And the new funding round brings Distributional’s total capital raised to $30 million less than one year since its incorporation.

And Blue Energy also introduced its modular nuclear power plant that can be centrally manufactured in existing shipyards.

3Laws, a leader in dynamic safety solutions for autonomous systems, announced it has secured $4.1 million in seed funding. TenOneTen led the round, which included the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund. All pre-seed investors have chosen to maintain or increase their ownership.

Located about 120 miles southeast of San Antonio, Texas, in Victoria County, Oriana is a 232 MWdc utility-scale solar project currently under construction.

Digital banking company Plumery announced it raised $3.3 million in additional funding from early-stage investor DN Capital and Fontes, managed by leading global VC firm QED Investors. This latest funding round brings Plumery’s total funding to $7.8 million, and is in preparation for a larger Series A round in 2025.
