Blackstone Real Estate Acquiring 6 Million Sq Ft Industrial Portfolio

Blackstone and Crow Holdings, a leading real estate investment and development firm, announced that Core+ funds affiliated with Blackstone Real Estate have agreed to acquire a 95% stake in an industrial portfolio developed by Crow Holdings for $718 million. Crow Holdings and its partners will retain 5% ownership. And the portfolio features 25 Class A buildings totaling 6 million square feet and is located in high-barrier submarkets in Dallas and Houston, two of the top-performing U.S. logistics markets.

Topgolf Callaway: $290 Million Deal For Jack Wolfskin

Topgolf Callaway Brands has agreed to sell its Jack Wolfskin business to ANTA Sports for a base price of $290 million in cash, subject to net working capital and other customary adjustments. The deal is expected to close in the late second quarter or early third quarter of 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of certain regulatory approvals.
