PaleBlueDot AI has raised $200 million in Series C financing at a $3.2 billion valuation to expand its Super Intelligence Infrastructure Platform and deploy additional AI computing capacity. ComputeCore led the round, with participation from existing investor B Capital and other global investors. The financing follows PaleBlueDot AI’s $150 million Series B announced in January.
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Palo Alto, PaleBlueDot AI operates an AI infrastructure platform combining company-owned GPU clusters, a GPU marketplace and serverless inference capabilities.
The company operates dedicated GPU clusters that can be customized for customers with large-scale or specialized artificial intelligence workloads.
Its B300 cluster in Japan recently received NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status, which PaleBlueDot said validates its performance against NVIDIA reference benchmarks.
The company’s marketplace provides on-demand computing capacity through a global network of supply partners, while its serverless inference platform targets developers and enterprises running AI models.
PaleBlueDot has also been expanding its geographic infrastructure and customer base.
As of the end of September 2026, the company had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts.
Customers in the U.S. and Japan collectively accounted for more than half of PaleBlueDot’s monthly revenue.
The company’s GPU clusters are distributed across multiple regions, providing customers with additional options for deploying workloads closer to their operational requirements.
PaleBlueDot plans to use the Series C proceeds to add Super Intelligence computing capacity and provide customers with greater choice across geographic locations and hardware configurations.
