Palmdale Oil Company, a Florida-based fuels, lubricants, chemicals, propane and diesel exhaust fluid provider, has acquired the assets of Fleetwing, a long-standing fuel and lubricants distributor serving commercial and industrial customers across the state. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fleetwing, founded in 1956 and headquartered in Lakeland, Florida, supplies refined fuels and lubricants supported by a large bulk storage infrastructure, numerous customer tank programs and a dedicated delivery fleet. The acquisition strengthens Palmdale’s presence along the I-4 corridor and enhances its refined fuels and lubricants storage capacity, enabling the combined company to better serve customers and maintain service continuity during emergencies.
Palmdale, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and has been serving customers statewide for more than 40 years. The addition of Fleetwing expands Palmdale’s operational capacity and geographic reach, particularly across Central Florida, and bolsters its ability to support fleets, municipalities and commercial customers during periods of peak demand.
