Pantheon announced the promotion of four new Partners as part of its annual promotions, strengthening senior leadership across its Investment and Client Solutions teams in Asia, Latin America and the private wealth channel. The firm said the promotions recognize the contributions of professionals supporting institutional and private wealth clients globally and reflect its continued growth across private markets strategies.
Scott Hong was promoted to Partner in Pantheon’s Client Solutions Team. He serves as Head of South Korea, leading client engagement in the region. Based in Korea, he joined the firm in 2021.
Victor Mayer was promoted to Partner in the Client Solutions Team, where he leads Pantheon’s international private wealth team. He is based in Singapore and joined the firm in 2021.
Kunal Sood was promoted to Partner in Pantheon’s Asia Investment Team. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he joined Pantheon in 2013.
Ana Zarruk was promoted to Partner in the Client Solutions Team, where she leads client development and relations in Latin America. She is based in Bogota and joined the firm in 2012.
In addition to the four Partner promotions, Pantheon announced 11 Managing Director promotions across geographies and functions, further deepening its senior leadership bench.
The new Managing Directors are Carlos Arias in Client Solutions in Geneva; Christopher Banks in Legal & Compliance in New York; Thomas Flückiger in Risk in London; Jamie Hayford in Private Equity in London; Austin Kahler in Client Solutions in New York; Maeve Kelly in Legal & Compliance in Dublin; Welwin Lobo in Infrastructure in London; Morten Lundin in Private Equity Secondaries in London; Shaha Miah in Client Solutions in London; Nicole Thevissen in Transformation in London; and Will Waters in Client Solutions in Chicago.
Pantheon said the promotions support its commitment to excellence in investment performance and client engagement as it expands its presence in growing markets and channels globally.
As of June 31, 2025, Pantheon managed approximately $82 billion in discretionary assets under management. The firm has been investing in private markets for more than 40 years, covering the full lifecycle of investments from primary fund commitments to co-investments and secondary purchases across private equity, private credit and real assets.
