Parachute Health announced the appointment of Heather Yi as Vice President of Customer Success. Yi joins Parachute Health from Brightree, where she spent nearly 16 years.

In her new role, she will lead Parachute’s customer success team and deepen the company’s partnerships with home medical equipment providers nationwide.

Parachute Health is an order management platform for home medical equipment providers. The company said Yi will help HME provider accounts expand their use of the platform, improve operational workflows, and grow their businesses using Parachute’s digital infrastructure.

Yi brings more than two decades of experience in the HME industry. She began her career on the provider side, working in patient-facing operations, billing, and accounts receivable.

At Brightree, Yi led teams focused on software adoption, workflow optimization, and long-term customer growth. She partnered with HME providers to improve their operations beyond the software platform itself. Yi has also been active in industry advisory work, including with AAHomecare.

Parachute said the appointment comes as HME providers face growing pressure to operate more efficiently while managing tighter margins. The company’s platform replaces fragmented and manual ordering processes with a connected digital workflow.

Parachute Health connects HME providers, clinicians, health plans, and patients through digital infrastructure designed to help providers compete and grow in an evolving market.

Parachute Health is also hiring for multiple roles on its customer success team.
