The Arena Group Holdings (doing business as Paradium.AI) has acquired InfoSentience, a developer of automated, data-driven natural language generation technology, as it expands its technology infrastructure and data-driven content capabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Paradium.AI expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to earnings and cash flow, with InfoSentience providing technology that can support new business-to-business revenue streams and expand content production across data-intensive markets.
InfoSentience has developed a deterministic natural language generation engine capable of converting structured datasets into high-volume narrative content.
The technology has previously been deployed with customers including MaxPreps.
Paradium.AI plans to integrate InfoSentience’s technology across its editorial and technology platform, particularly in areas such as global finance and professional sports where large amounts of structured data can support automated reporting.
The company believes the technology can handle repetitive and data-heavy reporting processes while freeing editorial teams to focus more resources on investigative, analytical and other higher-value journalism.
The acquisition represents another step in The Arena Group’s transition toward its Paradium.AI identity, with the company increasingly positioning itself as a technology, brand, data and intellectual property platform rather than a traditional digital publisher.
Paradium.AI’s portfolio includes Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ, TravelHost and the Adventure Sports Network, which includes brands such as Surfer and Powder.
InfoSentience’s technology could allow those properties to expand coverage into topics where producing individual stories manually would otherwise be difficult to scale economically.
The company also sees an opportunity to provide the technology to creators and media businesses outside its owned portfolio, creating an additional B2B revenue opportunity.
InfoSentience will continue supporting its existing third-party partners following the transaction and plans to expand its offerings and pursue additional customers.
Founder Steve Wasick will remain with the combined company.
Paradium.AI funded the acquisition using cash on hand and expects the transaction to contribute positively to earnings during 2026.
