Paraform announced that it has raised a Series B round, bringing its total funding to $65 million as it looks to scale its AI-powered recruiting platform and expand its network of recruiters and customers. The round was led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from Felicis, A* Capital, and Liquid 2 Ventures, as well as a group of prominent technology leaders, including executives and founders from Palantir, Canva, YouTube, Stripe, Shopify, and Uber.

The company said it will use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its recruiter marketplace, and grow its customer base as demand for high-performing talent intensifies.

Paraform positions itself as an “agentic hiring platform” that combines human recruiters with AI systems to improve hiring outcomes. Its platform enables thousands of specialized recruiters to work alongside machine learning models that analyze hiring data, candidate preferences, and company needs to produce better matches.

The announcement highlights a broader shift in the labor market driven by artificial intelligence. As AI reduces the cost of building and operating companies, the importance of exceptional talent has increased significantly. Companies are hiring fewer people overall but paying substantially more for top performers, with the highest-tier candidates commanding compensation packages that frequently reach $300,000 to $400,000 or more.

Paraform noted that the talent market is becoming increasingly concentrated, with a small percentage of candidates receiving a disproportionate share of job offers. On its platform, the top 12 percent of candidates receive more than a quarter of all offers, while lower tiers receive significantly less attention.

The company argues that traditional recruiting infrastructure has not adapted to this shift. Legacy approaches that rely on high-volume hiring funnels are less effective in a market where a single high-impact hire can significantly influence a company’s trajectory.

Paraform’s model combines human insight with AI-driven analysis. Recruiters on the platform contribute qualitative insights about candidates, such as motivations and work preferences, while AI systems leverage aggregated data to improve matching accuracy over time.

According to the company, it has helped more than 1,000 companies hire across functions including engineering, go-to-market, finance, and legal. It also claims that companies typically meet the candidate they ultimately hire within about 12 days, significantly reducing time-to-hire compared to traditional processes.

The platform is also reshaping the economics of recruiting. Paraform said top recruiters on its platform have significantly increased their earnings, with some generating more than $300,000 in a single month and over $1 million annually. The company reported that recruiters have collectively earned more than $50 million through the platform to date, with projections exceeding $1 billion in payouts in the coming years.

Paraform said it raised the Series B round in response to what it sees as a fundamental shift in the global labor market, where access to top talent has become the primary constraint on growth and innovation.

Looking ahead, the company aims to build what it describes as the “talent infrastructure of the future,” enabling companies to access top candidates faster, helping candidates discover better opportunities, and equipping recruiters with tools to operate at greater scale.
