ParkHelp Buys Cleverciti To Create Global Unified Parking And Curb Management Platform

By Amit Chowdhry • Nov 6, 2025

ParkHelp, a leading provider of parking guidance solutions, has acquired Cleverciti Systems GmbH, an established global provider of AI-powered curb management and on-street parking guidance technologies. The combined company will offer a single integrated platform that connects and manages parking spaces across indoor, outdoor, off-street, and on-street environments, supporting operators worldwide.

The acquisition brings together ParkHelp’s off-street, sensor-based parking guidance systems with Cleverciti’s AI-enabled curbside detection, overhead sensors, guided enforcement tools, and digital signage. Cleverciti technologies are used across more than 100 cities and are known for enhancing driver experience, reducing congestion, and improving compliance. This complements ParkHelp’s presence in malls, airports, hospitals, universities, and municipalities.

By merging their systems, the two companies will deliver a unified cloud-based portal that gives operators real-time visibility and control across all spaces. Clients will be able to direct drivers to available parking using intelligent signage and app-based wayfinding, guide enforcement officers more efficiently to improve compliance, and analyze occupancy and curb activity to optimize revenue and reduce congestion. The platform also supports curb zone management for delivery vehicles, ride-hailing, EV charging, accessibility parking, and other priority uses.

This acquisition strengthens ParkHelp’s position in the smart mobility and urban operations sector. The company now has a direct presence in six countries and supports over 600,000 monitored spaces across 700 locations in 50 countries. The strategic combination also marks the beginning of a new phase of expansion, with ParkHelp stating that it will continue to evaluate additional partnerships and acquisitions to broaden its global reach.

Cleverciti will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ParkHelp, and its entire team will remain in place to ensure continuity for customers and partners. Both companies have already begun integrating their platforms, with existing clients set to benefit from expanded capabilities without service disruption.

Advisors for the transaction included TrueNorth Capital Partners and DLA Piper for Cleverciti, and Lupp+Partner for ParkHelp.
