PartnerOne, an enterprise software acquisition group, has acquired ISI Analytics, a provider of analytics and operational intelligence tools for enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Cisco, and Webex. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ISI Analytics builds software that gives IT teams visibility into the performance, adoption, and service quality of unified communications environments. Its platform monitors calling and collaboration infrastructure in real time, surfaces issues before they affect end users, and produces analytics on utilization trends and platform adoption — data that organizations use to justify and optimize their investments in collaboration technology. As AI assistants, meeting intelligence tools, and workflow automation become embedded within platforms like Teams and Webex, the need for independent monitoring and performance visibility has grown alongside the complexity of those environments.
PartnerOne operates as a permanent-capital acquirer of enterprise software businesses, describing its model as a long-term home for acquired companies rather than a vehicle for near-term resale. The group’s portfolio serves more than 2,000 enterprises and government organizations, including 80% of the world’s largest companies by its own account. Its acquisition philosophy centers on preserving existing products, customer relationships, and teams while adding shared resources and sustained investment to accelerate growth.
ISI Analytics CEO Jason Forehand and the existing team are expected to remain with the business following the close. Customers and partners were told to expect uninterrupted product delivery and support, with increased investment in product development and AI-enabled capabilities planned as part of the post-acquisition roadmap.
