&Partners Adds Four Lights Advisors To Partnership Network

&Partners has added Four Lights Advisors to its growing partnership network, bringing a South Carolina-based wealth management practice. Four Lights Advisors is based in Leesville, South Carolina, and is led by founders and wealth advisors Heyward Barnes (APMA, CPA) and Trey Bruner (AAMS, APMA, CMFA). Kristie Swygert joins the team as a client service associate, rounding out the practice’s client-facing and operational support as it expands its reach through &Partners.

In announcing the move, &Partners emphasized the firm’s shared focus on highly personalized advice and long-term client relationships. Four Lights Advisors is positioned as a holistic, “client-first” practice, offering a broad range of services that typically include comprehensive financial planning, investment management, tax-planning strategy, estate-planning coordination, and insurance and risk management.

The addition also reflects &Partners’ continued recruiting momentum as it builds out its advisor partnership model. &Partners has been positioning itself as a hybrid wealth management firm that provides advisors with flexibility and ownership while offering infrastructure, compliance support, and access to a broader network.

The firm has been associated with former Wells Fargo Advisors CEO David Kowach, and it has been steadily adding teams from across the independent and traditional channels.

For clients of Four Lights Advisors, the transition is framed as a way to preserve the “high-touch” experience of a boutique advisory practice while gaining access to broader resources. The firm’s model is designed to support planning-centric relationships and ongoing portfolio management, while also expanding the toolkit for more complex needs, such as tax-aware strategies, multi-generational planning coordination, and risk management.

For &Partners, Four Lights Advisors adds another practice aligned with its branding around advice-first relationships and long-term partnerships. With a meaningful base of client assets and a team structured around both advisory and service functions, Four Lights fits the profile of the type of independent practice platform that has been aggressively competing to attract: established relationships, planning depth, and the capacity to scale.
